Topher Hagens promoted to AVP-Commercial Portfolio Manager
 
One Community Bank is excited to announce the recent promotion of Topher Hagens to AVP-Commercial Portfolio Manager!
 
“Topher has been instrumental to the commercial team at One Community Bank. He is extremely knowledgeable about the day-to-day processes and has improved our processes. He will continue to work closely with our lenders to assist them with their clients’ needs. In his new role, he will oversee a team of portfolio managers and collaborate with clients, senior leadership, and departments across the organization,” said Dan Carey, Senior Market President.
 
Topher has 8 years of experience in the financial industry. He started his career at One Community Bank as a Credit Analyst. In this role, he evaluated creditworthiness of borrowers, analyzed financial statements, and assessed risk. “This foundational experience has allowed me to develop a strong understanding of credit fundamentals and make informed decisions when assisting lenders,” said Topher.
 
Topher is passionate about building relationships with his colleagues and clients. “My favorite part about working at OCB is the strong connections I have with colleagues and clients. The supportive and collaborative nature of my colleagues fosters teamwork and growth,” said Topher.
 
Outside of work, Topher enjoys spending quality time with his friends and family. He especially enjoys boating with his wife and fourteen-month-old daughter.
