Friede Breaks Ground on Office and Retail Building in Cottage Grove, WI
On Friday, June 3 One Community Bank Colleagues Dan Carey, Senior Market President, and Aaron Anderson, Treasury Management and Business Development, were excited to attend the Friede groundbreaking in Cottage Grove, a recent OCB financed project.
The 16,000 square foot retail space will have 1,350 to 12,000 square foot tenant spaces available including a Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins. Excavation will begin Monday, June 6 and the building will be complete in November 2022.
Matt Krogman and his family are excited to be apart of the growth in Cottage Grove. The space is located near a multi-family development also financed by OCB.
