One Community Bank proudly welcomes Dennis Haefer as Senior Vice President – Commercial Banking Manager at our Waunakee location.

Dennis has 35 years of experience in the banking industry. He has established strong relationships with a spectrum of professionals, including business owners, business leaders, and entrepreneurs to help them with their banking needs. “My experiences in different industries and financing opportunities have been rewarding and have provided for a continuously evolving career,” said Dennis. “I have always enjoyed working with the incredible business community in Dane County.”
Being involved in the community is something Dennis is passionate about. Currently, he is involved with Madison Area Sports Commission, Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce, Queen of Peace Church, and coaches youth basketball. Dennis says, “One Community Bank’s focus and culture aligns perfectly with my values and career experiences. I’m excited to be a part of this team and an organization that is committed to supporting the communities where they serve.”
In his spare time, Dennis engages in outdoor activities such as biking, hiking, running, golfing, and various water activities. He also enjoys traveling, watching sports, and spending time with his family.
