5th Year In a Row: One Community Bank Named Top Workplace In 2023

One Community Bank is thrilled to be named a Top Workplace by the Wisconsin State Journal. The list of Top Workplaces is based solely on colleague feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner, Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization including alignment, execution, and connection, to name a few.

“One Community Bank is a modern, progressive, forward leaning bank with the mission to serve clients, support colleagues, and invest in our communities. We are humbled that our colleagues would once again nominate us and provide positive feedback for this award,” said Steve Peotter, President, and Chief Executive Officer. “We are incredibly proud to accept this award for the fifth year in a row. It’s an honor to be able to create and maintain a work environment that colleagues truly appreciate.”

“I am proud to be a part of a team that supports and invests in our colleagues. Receiving this award five years in a row is a true honor and we couldn’t have done it without our wonderful colleagues,” said Holly Heuer, Chief Talent Officer.
